Meena Iyer
Managing Partner
Meena has held several senior management and leadership roles across leading organizations in varied industries such as Facilities Management, Cash Management, Marketing, IT & Distribution, Construction & Fit-out, Healthcare, Petrochemical, Agrochemical & Entertainment sectors and several others during a career of more than 27 years. Meena has extensive experience in varied activities such as CFO services, Accounting, Reporting & MIS, Audit support, due diligence, ERP implementation, business valuations, Pricing and bid support, internal control, policies and procedures, project evaluations, re-organization and re-structuring etc. Meena has also been involved in setting up joint ventures with global partners in India and the UAE
Raghunathan Srinivasan
Managing Partner
Raghunathan is a senior financial services professional with more than 31 years of experience in management and leadership roles. He has played a key role in identifying strategic partners for takeover deals and handled negotiations on behalf of investors and divestors. He has had exposure to Global Markets and extensive experience in resource mobilization and management at competitive rates. He has also helped organizations reduce fraud cases by introducing control and monitoring procedures. Raghunathan has also been involved in design and implementation of systems and controls to introduce automation and efficiencies in a back off setup for smooth support service functioning. He has worked in a Regulatory environment throughout his career and acquired skills in the regulated financial services sector.
Sonam Sahai

Sonam is a Strategic & Transformational leader, with 30+ years of progressive experience in leading organizations in the financial services sector. With an approach that balances customer experience and the commercial agenda, he has been successful in transforming businesses during periods of growth and consolidation. He was Director, Operations and Transformation at RAK Bank. Prior to that he held senior roles in Mashreq covering various areas of Operations and led a bank-wide Transformation program under the sponsorship of the CEO. Sonam has expertise and a proven track record in Banking Operations, Digital Transformation, Program Management and Organizational Transformation.
